Harbor Landing is located on the western side of Lake Gaston in northeastern North Carolina bordering Virginia. This community consists of eighty (80) lots which are waterfront, waterview and water accessible. The community is gated, contains a boat storage lot, and provides a private boat ramp, launching area, and dock for daily use.

- Front-gate damage:
- Was damaged during week of 4/13-17.
- Someone either hit the entrance gate with their car or tried to open it manualy.
- Nathan Fritts inspected the damage and passed on to Omega his ideas on how it should be repaired.
- Gate was repaired during week of 4/27-5/1.

04-11-2009: Annual Homeowners Association Meeting held on April 4, 2009

- Summary:
- Quorum not met; few proxy cards returned.

- Existing board will decide roles and responsibilities in next Board meeting.
- Elaine Nystrum resigned from ARC. Sid Cutts, Hal Goff remain on ARC.
